Finn Golf was started in 1974 by the founding members pictured below. All but Rudy Hakala are in this early photograph. Rudy was behind the camera for this photo, but is shown below at the 1998 Finn Golf Tournament. The Finn Golf Tournament has been played every year since its inception in 1974.

Founding member, Dr. Arnie Lindgren passed away on March 01, 2001. Dr. Lindgren was born in Astoria, Oregon on October 12, 1912.

Bill Aho has played in the tournament many times, He and wife, Sylvia make the trek to the west coast from Storrs, Connecticut.
